I created Ascher Advisory to help others gain clarity on a variety of business and life decisions that come up every day. I bring a dynamic approach of actively listening to your story, narrowing down what it is you really want and need, and helping you get clearer about your goals and executing them. EFT Tapping is a powerful technique that can help you overcome emotional distress, decrease physical pain, improve sports performance, and manifest your goals for personal or professional growth. Founded by Dr. Roger Callahan and further enhanced by Gary Craig, EFT uses elements of Cognitive Therapy and Exposure Therapy, and combines them with tapping on acupressure points with your fingertips. Over 100 papers published in peer-reviewed medical and psychology journals, including dozens of clinical trials, have demonstrated that EFT is effective in reducing emotional distress and manifesting positive outcomes for a variety of issues. EFT has met the APA (American Psychological Association) standards as an efficacious treatment.

Systems Constellations
A healing process based on the work of German psychologist Bert Hellinger, constellations restore the "flow of love" throughout generations in the system. Constellation work starts with the premise that we unconsciously absorb and carry hidden loyalties out of love that are passed down through the ancestral lines in our family systems. This can create difficulties in the present that are actually not "ours" in the traditional sense of the word. Restoring the "Orders of Love" (Hellinger) where every family member has their rightful place and is acknowledged can bring relief to the person in the present who carries the suffering of past generations. Family Systems Constellations may help you discover generational issues you may not be aware of that are arising in your present life. This approach can help lift generational barriers created by previous struggles in your ancestral line that can keep you entangled and prevent you from moving forward.

Seventeen years' experience in an array of fields including Healthcare, Law, IT Consulting / Government Contracting, Human Resources / Recruiting, Franchise Acquisition, Sales, Financial Services, Advertising / Marketing, and Real Estate.
In my own journey across industry, sectors, services, and functions I've picked up a wealth of knowledge and the common thread is I've always invested in the professional and personal development of my peers, superiors, and subordinates. I have managed teams from small to large and consistently delivered measurable results to several companies - all the while focusing on developing my teammates and helping them achieve their goals.
